The run up to Christmas has well and truly begun in Denmark. Television channels are playing Christmas commercials, stores have published their Christmas catalogues and are puting finishing touches on their festive window dressings. And it's only November! There's still Diwali and Thanksgiving to celebrate before we get to December. Not to mention the traditional julefrokost or Christmas party at offices.
